JOURNAL
It is planned that once the expedition has started, this journal will be updated at least once a week, and more frequently if time, priorities and people permit. So check back regularly to see what the Fires have been up to.

Expeditions by their nature are designed to take people and equipment to far flung and isolated places. So, if the journal hasn't been updated exactly as planned please don't worry. It may be that the working schedule does not allow the time to update the journal, or Steve Ayres may have forgotten to recharge the batteries, or accidentally put his ice axe through the solar panel (or 101 other reasons). So, again, please don't worry. All BSES expedtions work on the age old adage......
